Job summary

You’ll shepherd ambiguous problems to structured solutions, with discovery to identify what’s broken and who’s affected. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes change management, roadmapping, and communicating outcomes to leaders, while driving employee experience and organizational goals forward.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program management experience on a People/HR team.
• Ability to manage cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HR systems, compensation, analytics is a plus.
• Experience with AI to enhance workflows is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects: define goals, scope, success metrics and timelines; collaborate with teams to deliver.
• Create roadmaps: document timelines and ownership for teams to understand direction.
• Support cross-team collaboration: be a key contact to align stakeholders and optimize communication.
• Manage up, down and across: track progress, escalate issues and remove roadblocks.
• Orchestrate change management: support leaders in rolling out changes and embedding programs.
• Facilitate retrospectives: gather feedback, measure progress, identify improvements.
• Insights and knowledge sharing: share learnings across People & Workplace teams to drive a learning culture.
