Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in HR, with experience in HR Business Partnering or similar roles.
• A strong relationship builder who influences through trust, clear communication, and sound judgment.
• A thoughtful problem solver who connects business priorities, people strategies, and data to drive effective outcomes.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, with the ability to prioritize and execute across multiple initiatives.
• Skilled at managing sensitive situations with discretion, confidence, and empathy.
• Experience coaching managers and supporting teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with leaders, providing guidance on people topics while balancing business needs with employee experience.
• Manage employee relations matters, handling standard issues independently and partnering with Senior HRBPs and Employee Relations on more complex cases.
• Support and coach managers through performance management, development conversations, and team effectiveness.
• Lead talent processes such as performance cycles, talent planning, and succession discussions.
• Partner with Recruiting and cross-functional stakeholders to support workforce planning and headcount management.
• Lead and execute team-level organizational changes, ensuring thoughtful planning, clear communication, and alignment with broader organizational goals.
• Use data and insights to identify trends and inform recommendations, with support as needed.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives that enhance the impact and scalability of the HRBP function.
