Job summary

Etsy, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager (IC3) on the People Strategy, Systems and Operations team to guide key initiatives that strengthen Etsy's people programs. You will shepherd projects from discovery through delivery, partnering across teams to ensure successful outcomes and measurable impact.

You’ll focus on defining goals, creating roadmaps, and driving change management while supporting a learning culture through knowledge sharing and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program management experience, preferably on a People team.
• Experience leveraging AI to enhance workflows and cross-functional programs.
• Strong communication, collaboration and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive programs: define goals, scope, success metrics and timelines with teams.
• Create roadmaps and document timelines, scope and ownership.
• Support cross-team collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage progress, escalate issues and remove roadblocks as needed.
• Orchestrate change management and ensure programs integrate into day-to-day work.
• Facilitate retrospectives and measure progress against goals.
• Share knowledge and insights across People & Workplace teams.
