Boston Dynamics is seeking a Staff Program Manager for Strategy & Operations to join the Prototype Operations Team in Waltham, MA. This role oversees the ProtoOps operating rhythm, budgeting, and cross-functional improvement initiatives across the prototype value chain.

You will craft executive-ready decks, turn raw data into clear narratives, and drive programs that boost throughput and efficiency. An MBA or engineering degree with 3+ years in operations or related roles is required; experience

Competenze

MBA or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
3+ years in operations, consulting, program management, or similar role.
Strong analytical skills with ability to model data in Excel/Google Sheets.
Clear, well-structured slide decks and writing for senior leaders.
Take initiative and bring structure when things are ambiguous.

Mansioni

Own ProtoOps operating rhythm: staff meetings, reviews, quarterly planning, and action tracking.
Analyze headcount, spend, throughput, cycle time, tooling, and handoffs; propose data-backed improvements.
Lead cross-functional improvement projects from problem definition through rollout.
Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and leadership reporting.
Support annual budget, headcount planning, and long-range financial modeling.
