Job summary

Boston Dynamics in Waltham, MA is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain execution for new product introductions and major program changes across our robotics platforms. You will report to the Director, Global Supply Chain and act as the bridge between Engineering, Product Management, GSMs, and suppliers to ensure launches are on time and within budget.

You will drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Operations,

Qualifications

• Strong background in hardware development supply chains.
• 5+ years in sourcing or supply chain program management for NPI.
• Experience in manufacturing environments with complex electromechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Program & sourcing leadership for end-to-end NPI readiness.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Quality, and Operations.
• Coordinate early supplier engagement and contract execution with GSMs.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks, lead time delays, and capacity bottlenecks.
• Own BOM cost targets and track total cost of ownership across lifecycles.
• Contribute to design reviews for manufacturability and cost constraints.
• Develop and refine NPI sourcing playbooks and milestone templates.
