• Own ProtoOps operating rhythm: staff meetings, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning, and action tracking.
• Build executive-ready decks and communications for leadership reviews and board updates.
• Analyze headcount, spend, throughput, cycle time, tooling, and processes to drive improvements.
• Track decisions and ensure follow-ups across ProtoOps.
