Zusammenfassung

Boston Dynamics is seeking an accomplished Business Operations Project Manager to translate strategic priorities into coordinated execution across the company, partnering with GTM, Manufacturing, IT, Finance, Service and Supply Chain to deliver cross‑functional programs.

You will lead projects from initiation through completion, manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies, and establish governance and communication cadences to ensure delivery and adoption.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading cross-functional projects, ideally in a scaling or fast‑growing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is highly desired.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Ability to manage multiple high‑priority initiatives simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Lead cross‑functional projects from initiation through completion, leveraging BizOps PMO standards to drive delivery.
• Translate business objectives into clear project plans, milestones, owners, and deliverables.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Establish appropriate project structure, governance, and communication cadence for each initiative.
• Track commitments, decisions, and action items, and ensure follow‑through.
• Identify risks and issues early and develop mitigation strategies.
