Job summary

Knox Systems is seeking a Program Manager, Business Operations to partner with the Chief Operating Officer and lead high priority programs, special projects, product initiatives, and operational improvements across the company. This role is designed for a highly capable operator who can take an ambiguous problem, bring structure to it, and drive it through execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations, program management, or product operations.
• Ability to own complex projects from concept to completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives and technical teams.
• Experience building processes, dashboards, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs and projects from concept to execution with clear plans and milestones.
• Partner with the COO to translate priorities into actionable programs and solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Support KnoxAI strategy, including requirements, roadmaps, pilots, testing, and launches.
• Bridge technical teams and business stakeholders with clear requirements and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate business processes and drive implementations.
• Develop workflows, SOPs, and scalable operating processes.
• Build KPI dashboards and reporting to monitor program, product, and operations performance.
• Analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare executive briefings and decision materials.
• Lead emerging priorities and transition successful initiatives into ongoing operations.
