Knox Systems is seeking a Program Manager, Business Operations to work directly with the COO and lead high-priority programs across the company.
You’ll partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, Security, Compliance, Customer Experience to improve how Knox operates and scale the business. You will also support KnoxAI, translating business and customer needs into product priorities and coordinating requirements, releases, adoption, and ongoing improvements.

Knox Systems is seeking a Program Manager, Business Operations to work directly with the Chief Operating Officer and lead high priority programs, special projects, product initiatives, and operational improvements across the company.
This role is designed for a highly capable operator who can take an ambiguous problem, bring structure to it, and drive it through execution. You will work across Operations, Product, Engineering, Security, Compliance, Customer Experience, and other teams to improve how Knox operates and help scale the business.
The role will also support the development and growth of KnoxAI, translating business and customer needs into product priorities and coordinating requirements, releases, adoption, and ongoing improvements.
Compensation Range: 120-130k, variable annual bonus, and equity
