Responsibilities

• Executive & Strategic Support: manage executive calendars, prepare briefings and materials, conduct analyses, track action items.
• Program & Project Management: support cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution, develop plans and risk assessments, coordinate stakeholders, monitor health with KPIs.
• Financial & Budget Management: manage operating budgets, forecast, track spend, support annual planning and investment prioritization, partner with Finance.
• Operational Excellence: measure and improve processes, governance, cadence, and leadership meeting management.
• Stakeholder Management: build relationships across product, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, facilitate senior leadership decisions.
