Job summary

Mykelly is seeking a Program Manager for a 12-month on-site contract in Cleveland, OH 44102. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with a pay rate of $62.50/hr.

The candidate will lead and manage complex programs, develop roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, product, engineering, marketing, finance, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations leadership.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex programs from initiation through completion.
• Develop program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, product, engineering, marketing, finance, and external partners.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Establish and improve program management processes, tools, and best practices.
• Track KPIs, metrics, and outcomes to measure program success.
• Manage dependencies across projects and align priorities with organizational goals.
• Support change management and communication efforts during program rollouts.
