Job summary

CHAMP, a Cleveland-based provider redefining government agency tech, seeks a Project Manager II to drive standardized PM practices across multiple software initiatives. You will plan, deliver, mitigate risks, and communicate with stakeholders across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining plans, managing changes, logging risks, and guiding meetings with customers and internal teams to achieve clear outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, IS, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of experience managing software projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with MS Project or similar PM tool.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate across all levels.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in a software development environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project plans across assigned workstreams.
• Monitor progress against milestones and provide status updates.
• Manage the project change control process and drive approvals.
• Identify, log, and mitigate risks and blockers with the team.
• Lead customer and internal project meetings for actionable outcomes.
• Maintain the RAID Log and project documentation.
