Job summary

CHAMP is seeking an experienced Program Manager at our Cleveland onsite location. You will lead software program management projects for state implementations, coordinating internal teams and external clients to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

You’ll own risk management, RAID logs, and end-to-end execution while maintaining close client engagement. The role demands 4+ years of program management, strong organizational skills, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business admin, CIS, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of software program management experience.
• Leadership of direct or indirect project/program teams.
• PMP or PgMP or equivalent preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; strategic thinker.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and provide consolidated reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to meet goals.
• Foster strong client relationships for effective collaboration.
• Own the implementation process and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Oversee risks and issues with mitigation strategies.
• Maintain RAID logs and project documentation.
• Track progress against milestones and deliverables.
• Lead integration testing and UAC processes.
• Collaborate with end-users to meet requirements.
