CHAMP is seeking a Project Manager II in Cleveland to drive standardized project management methodologies and governance. You will oversee multiple software initiatives, manage resource utilization, and communicate status to stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing software projects.
• Proficiency with MS Project or equivalent PM tool.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project plans across workstreams.
• Monitor progress and provide transparent status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage change control processes and document change requests.
• Identify risks and blockers and devise mitigation plans.
• Lead and facilitate client and internal meetings with actionable outcomes.
• Maintain RAID log and project documentation for accessibility.
