Zebra Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive early-stage GTM activities, guiding cross-functional teams across Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to build comprehensive project plans, manage budgets, and align senior leadership on milestones.

The role requires a minimum of 5+ years in program management, strong communication skills, and familiarity with PMI PMBOK language. Hybrid work with both in-office and remote days supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (STEM degree preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of program management experience.
• Strong communication and facilitation and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated comfort in presenting to mid to senior level cross functional audiences.
• Demonstrates knowledge and use of PMI PMBOK language and concepts.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supports early stage go to market activities and transition to marketing.
• Monitors programs from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and overseeing budget/spending.
• Gathers input from the project team and develops a Project Plan for projects of moderate to significant scope.
• Uses established tools and templates to guide and document the plan and communicate it to the team.
• Provides regular status updates to senior management as directed.
• Owns ensuring alignment from key leaders of milestone achievement before moving the program forward.
