Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience with a minimum 2 years as team lead/supervisor.
• Strong full life cycle Program Management experience.
• Scrum agile methodologies implementation experience.
• Experience with software development best practices including Scaled Agile, TDD and Continuous Integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GTM activities for AI projects.
• Coordinate with Product Management and Marketing on product specs and business cases.
• Organize and guide agile Scrum teams and release trains.
• Define project scope, schedule, budget and risk management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Services, IT, Finance, and Legal to align initiatives.
• Present program status to Senior Leadership using dashboards.
• Support go-to-market activities and transition to marketing.
