Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of managing programs or projects.
• 2+ years of formal or informal leadership experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of program management tools and processes (change control, risk identification, phase gate).
• Proven customer relationship skills with focus on cost, quality and delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Expert skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage business aspects of multiple concurrent programs and ensure financial targets and timing are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Lead, train, coach, and mentor program team(s); plan, schedule, and oversee activities and monitor status.
• Maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and quality of service.
• Manage materials, budgeting, and production for assigned programs.
• Coordinate with customer and staff to identify scope changes, address issues and communicate milestones.
• Maintain program documents through designated document systems.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and customer requirements.
• Develop and execute large program plans and daily build operations.
