Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in Product Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Failure Analysis methodologies.
• Advanced English.
• Previous experience as a PM.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Process.
• NPI Transfer.
• Organized individual.
• Customer service experience.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Project, Excel, Outlook, Core Tools) and problem-solving methodology.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• Track metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Assist with contract negotiations as required.
• Oversee interdepartmental activities ensuring adherence to product development timelines, delivery and quality metrics.
• Review program proposals to plan funding, staffing and timelines.
• Establish work plans and staffing for each phase of the program and arrange recruitment or assignment of personnel.
• Coordinate product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction.
• Holds up production sites for projects, costs and customer-related matters.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for critical customer issues.
