Wabtec is seeking a Project/Program Manager to oversee the commercial and technical delivery of projects in the Logistics & Analytics division. You will manage schedules, cost, scope, and risks, acting as the central hub between internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Program Management and coordinate across a matrixed organization to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and successful program execution.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, project management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project/program management.
• PMP certification is desired.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is desired.
• Experience with SaaS project management is desired.
• Experience in a matrixed organization.
• Experience with program planning and software management systems/tools. Emphasis on capacity planning, scheduling, budget, and execution.
• Proven experience in managerial and technical communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, conveying confidence and credibility.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage program to deliver on time, within budget, meet revenue & margin targets, and meet contractual obligations. Lead cross-functional team to ensure on-time delivery.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive project plan for all work for assigned customers, including current and future work. Communicate status and deliverables internally and to customers.
• Adhere to customer and industry standards while maintaining Wabtec quality standards.
• Lead efforts to identify risks, develop plans and countermeasures to improve our position.
• Communicate issues and opportunities, including proposed plans and recommendations to resolve.
• Manage contract, project scope, risk, and Change Orders (CO).
• Represent the company as customer program interface.
• Maintain detailed notes and track action items from meetings.
• Foster long-term, customer-centric relationships throughout the program lifecycle.
