McNeil & Co. is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to drive strategy execution and financial performance for assigned programs.

You will coordinate internal teams and external partners, including MGAs, TPAs, and other service providers, to deliver strong, sustainable results across underwriting, claims, actuarial, finance, IT, and compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Risk-management or a related field preferred.
• 5-10 years of property and casualty underwriting insurance industry experience.
• Programs experience or related experiences in people management and/or interdisciplinary projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Planning: Develop detailed annual financial budget with key revenue and profit metrics.
• Execution: Evaluate monthly data feeds and align with underwriting strategies.
• Measurement: Analyze KPIs for top and bottom line versus budget.
• Partnering: Develop partnerships with Program Administrators to drive business priorities.
