Job summary

Frontline Insurance seeks a Program Manager to lead enterprise programs with a hybrid work model in Lake Mary, FL. You will partner with the Program Development Manager to plan, execute, and deliver programs, ensuring alignment with deadlines, value, and budget while leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency.

The role requires a solid background in project or program management, agile methods, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• College degree and/or 3–5 years insurance industry experience.
• CAPM or PMO preferred.
• Understanding of project/program management techniques.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of AI tools including MS Copilot.
• Knowledge of insurance operations.
• Experience with MS Office and PM software (MS Project, Jira, PM Express).
• Strong business acumen with strategic insight.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Project, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Power Automate, Forms, Copilot.
• Time management and adaptability.
• Experience in dynamic, small teams is a plus.
• Self-starter attitude.

Responsibilities

• Plan individual programs from appraisal to implementation with deadlines, value, costs, milestones, and dependencies.
• Provide deliverables (Project Scope Document/Charter and Business Case) on applicable projects.
• Leverage AI tools to manage programs and improve efficiency via agentic workflows within PMO.
• Identify and manage process improvements to new/existing framework.
• Apply change, risk and resource management principles.
• Read reports prepared by managers to determine progress and issues.
• Ensure program operations adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.
• Keep senior management informed with detailed reports, presentations, and site updates.
