Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Risk-management or related field preferred.
• 5-10 years of property and casualty underwriting insurance industry experience.
• Experience in program management or interdisciplinary projects desirable.
• Ability to coordinate internal teams and external partners (MGA, TPA, service providers).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate strategies and initiatives for assigned programs and financial results.
• Coordinate activities of internal and external resources delivering superior program results.
• Manage annual financial budget with key revenue and profit metrics.
• Partner with underwriting to align strategies and drive underwriting initiatives.
• Analyze KPIs and compare to budget expectations; share findings with leadership.
