Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Risk-management or related field.
• 5–10 years of property and casualty underwriting insurance industry experience.
• Experience in people management or interdisciplinary projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and ensure execution of strategies and initiatives for assigned programs and financial results.
• Coordinate activities of internal and external resources to deliver superior program results.
• Manage budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking against plan.
• Partner with Underwriting to align strategies and drive underwriting initiatives.
• Develop partnerships with Program Administrators and internal support groups.
