Job summary

You will apply PM methodologies, identify resources, mentor staff, manage risks, review documents, and present status updates to stakeholders and executives while ensuring alignment with objectives. This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work without robust sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, IT or equivalent experience is required.
• Active participation in project management continuing education preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging project presentations to various levels of the Company.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational and tactical project aspects.
• Handle one or multiple projects with limited supervision.
• Apply project management methodologies and best practices.
• Identify resources and assign associates to projects.
• Review high-level project-related documents before sharing with stakeholders.
• Perform risk analysis to minimize exposure across projects.
• Coordinate activities with other departments to meet objectives.
• Mentor newer project managers and leads.
• Ensure projects meet stakeholder objectives.
• Deliver project presentations to team members, stakeholders, and executives.
• Participate in project operational duties as needed.
• Travel to meetings and seminars as required.
• Perform other assigned duties within the department or elsewhere upon request.
