University of Southern California is seeking a Program Manager to guide the deployment of the hospital operating system. You will craft strategy A3, KPIs, and project plans, and develop visualizations and huddles to support active areas.

Leadership and collaboration with clinical and operational leaders are essential to improve performance and drive growth. The role oversees special projects, new technologies, program development, and lean process design while ensuring effective tool deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance improvement and knowledge of lean principles, tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment of the hospital operating system by developing strategy A3, KPIs, project-plan, visualization and huddles.
• Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to improve operational performance and lead special projects including new technologies and processes, business modeling, program development, lean design, and data analysis.
• Oversee communication, program rollout and program facilitation as assigned.
