Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Master’s degree in Health Administration, Nursing, Engineering or related field
• 10 years progressive experience leading enterprise programs or transformations
• 5 years in leadership roles managing cross-functional teams and enterprise initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project or Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with project management artifacts (RAID logs, schedules, budgets)
• Knowledge of business statistics and data analyses techniques
• Ability to translate enterprise strategy into executable projects
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision
• Proven ability to deliver executive-level reporting and stakeholder management
• PMP and Lean Six Sigma credentials preferred
• Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) preferred

Responsibilities

• Owns and leads programs and multi-project portfolios
• Drives change management and adoption
• Leads program governance, prioritization and sequencing
• Oversees budgets and ROI for programs
• Translates strategy into roadmaps and executable projects
• Develops and scales PM frameworks and standards
• Mentors project managers and program leaders
• Develops training for clinicians and staff
• Partners with executives and clinical leaders
• Provides exec-level reporting and decision support
