Job summary

Carolina NeuroSurgery & Spine Associates is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across internal CNSA operations and external MSO client engagements, spanning revenue cycle, credentialing, client engagement, and operational infrastructure.

The role requires coordinating intake through completion, managing multiple priorities, and serving as the central point of contact between executives, clients, and frontline staff in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience in healthcare operations.
• Experience managing a portfolio of concurrent projects with overlapping deadlines.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge a plus, not required.
• Ability to work with senior leadership, external clients, and frontline staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of internal CNSA and external MSO initiatives from intake to completion.
• Develop plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables; monitor progress.
• Coordinate with executives, clients, and frontline staff.
• Identify process improvements across revenue cycle, credentialing, and operations.
• Create SOPs, templates, trackers to standardize work.
• Anticipate risks and resolve blockers to keep timelines.
• Balance priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Support client onboarding and data collection activities.
• Learn new systems quickly and act as a power user.
• Deliver status updates and reporting with accuracy in a healthcare setting.
• Collaborate with the Director of Practice Excellence & Optimization.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
