Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent in management/program development.
• Preferred experience: 3–5 years in healthcare leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development, implementation, and organization of services related to neurosurgical programming.
• Own and manage neurosurgery calendaring and committee support at co-management site.
• Lead charter planning and development of committees for education, training, and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze operational trends with directors to develop measurable action plans for improvement.
• Convene stakeholders and facilitate change processes outlined in action plans.
• Define and implement project scope, plan, goals, timeline, tasks, quality and resources for assigned deliverables.
• Interface with GCBS providers and supports toward contract completion.
• Integrate internal GCBS initiatives into partner operations and programming.
• Communicate program information to physician partners and leadership.
• Serve on internal committees and represent GCBS to external organizations.
• Demonstrate understanding and commitment to GCBS Mission and Values.
• Primarily remote work with frequent travel to clinic/hospital sites and occasional travel out of state.
• Other related duties and projects.
