Job summary
HIPER Global US is seeking a Program Manager to own key customer programs from onboarding through NPI, production, and ongoing support. You will coordinate across Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, Production, and Sales to translate customer needs into clear priorities and actions.
You’ll serve as the primary contact for accounts, lead progress reviews, track milestones, and drive continuous improvement. A proactive, ownership-minded approach is essential to keep deliveries on schedule and
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3–5 years program or project management experience.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and customer programs.
Responsibilities
- Own multiple customer programs through onboarding, NPI, production, and ongoing support.
- Coordinate across Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, Production, and Sales to translate customer requirements into priorities.
- Manage client relationships, lead progress reviews, track milestones, and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor milestones and risks; drive proactive solutions to keep deliveries on schedule.
- Align with NPI engineering as specifications evolve.
- Prepare program health updates and leadership presentations.
