Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX subsidiary, seeks an accomplished Program Manager to lead cross-functional engineering development for server and data center solutions from NPI to mass production in Fremont, CA.

You will own program schedules, manage risks, coordinate global teams, and drive on-time delivery of customer milestones while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years of program management experience in the server, data center, or IT industry.
• Server background is a plus.
• Strong PM skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and build cross-functional alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering development across multiple disciplines, including L10 systems and L11 rack-level solutions.
• Own and drive overall program schedule planning, execution, and milestone management.
• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, including risk assessment, issue resolution, change management, and mitigation planning.
• Drive cross-functional teams to deliver integrated hardware, software, and rack-level product solutions from NPI through mass production.
• Ensure on-time delivery of customer milestones and key program deliverables.
• Coordinate and lead regular internal and customer-facing meetings to communicate program status, drive issue resolution, and align project objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for program execution, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across global teams.
