Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in PMO, program or project management for hardware or NPIs.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with milestones, risks and stakeholder updates.
• Experience supporting leadership operating rhythms and executive updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI project and program management across hardware engineering and related teams.
• Develop and maintain plans, milestones, and execution cadences for CHG portfolio.
• Track health, risks, dependencies, and drive issue resolution with clear recommendations.
• Coordinate planning cycles, business reviews, and leadership updates.
• Improve governance, templates, and documentation; apply AI-enabled productivity tools.
