Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Program Manager to lead end-to-end program execution for TRSS customers in a hybrid work environment. You will act as the primary contact for contract performance, stakeholder engagement, renewal readiness, and growth opportunities across assigned accounts.

You will govern portfolios, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliance, and use data-driven insights to guide renewals and product adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 3-10+ years of experience in program management, account management, customer delivery, or related field.
• Growth mindset with ability to identify customer needs, retention risks, and opportunities to expand value within accounts.
• Demonstrated progressive program leadership experience including account planning, renewal support, governance and growth strategy.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical problem-solving skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution and contracted delivery for TRSS customers, serving as primary contact for performance, engagement, renewals, and growth.
• Manage assigned accounts through portfolio governance, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance; track risks and outcomes, provide feedback and market insights to improve solutions.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, reporting visibility, and process improvement within account management.
• Support renewal strategy, product adoption, and growth opportunities through customer feedback and insights.
