Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive program or portfolio management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
• Proven track record building governance mechanisms including risk/issue logs, steering structures, and escalation frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills with credibility to engage senior leadership.
• Ability to operate with minimal oversight and navigate ambiguity while driving delivery.
• Hands-on execution mindset: comfortable designing the operating model and delivering without delegation.

Responsibilities

• Own the segment's transformation tracking infrastructure end to end, including initiative and status tracking and governance.
• Lead cross-functional programs from charter through stabilization with clear scope and milestones.
• Design and run governance structures, decision forums, escalation paths, and risk/issue tracking.
• Lead delivery of high-stakes initiatives across commercial operations, compliance, and organizational transitions.
• Manage day-to-day transitions involving financial, operational, or personnel considerations and surface leadership decisions.
• Provide executive-ready reporting on program health with status, risk, and delivery metrics.
