ARETUM Holdings LLC in Bethesda seeks a senior Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of government programs, providing leadership, strategic planning, and operational management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in personnel support, welfare, and outreach initiatives, with strong communications and marketing for military and government audiences, and familiarity with cloud technologies and IT platforms relevant to defense sectors.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, management, or another related field.
• 10+ years of experience planning, directing and implementing a large program of similar scope and complexity.
• 5+ years leading teams to deliver user-centric digital solutions for military/government end users.
• Experience crafting and executing marketing strategies for military/government audiences with emphasis on brand management and digital experiences.
• Strong in contract management and ability to oversee program-level finances.
• Experience managing diverse teams in DoD or government IT environments.
• Familiarity with IT platforms relevant to government and defense sectors.
• PMI PMP certification.
• Active Top Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with government clients to develop mission-focused solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and refine digital products with data analytics and user feedback to improve services.
• Drive development and management of digital platforms, websites, or portals for military/government personnel.
• Provide leadership to ensure successful program outcomes.
• Develop new programs to support the organization’s strategic direction and long-term goals.
• Manage initiatives across domains such as analytics, engineering services, training, IT systems, cyber security, PMO support, and financial consulting.
