ARETUM Holdings LLC is seeking a Program Manager to provide program management, budget, acquisition, performance management, and governance support for Federal programs. This role coordinates with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support PMR planning, budget tracking, performance reporting, and program execution activities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting a PMO/ProgMO or Federal budget office.
• Experience coordinating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Federal budget formulation, execution, and procurement lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO activities, including planning, scheduling, governance, and stakeholder coordination.
• Support Federal budget formulation, tracking, analysis, validation, and documentation.
• Coordinate Federal acquisition, procurement planning, and lifecycle oversight.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics, compliance tracking, and program status reports.
• Support PMR planning, readiness, review coordination, and governance reporting.
