Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, management, or related field.
• 10+ years leading large, complex programs.
• 5+ years directing teams delivering user-centric digital solutions for government/military.
• Experience in marketing to military/government audiences.
• Strong contract management with financial oversight at PM level.
• Experience in DoD or government IT environments.
• Familiarity with IT platforms for government/defense sectors.
• PMP certification (PMI).
• Active Top Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with government clients to develop mission-focused solutions.
• Create and refine digital products with data analytics and user feedback.
• Drive development and management of digital platforms and portals for government personnel.
• Provide leadership to ensure successful program outcomes.
• Develop new programs to support organizational strategy.
• Manage diverse initiatives across domains such as NGA, Engineering Services, Training Services, IT Systems, Cyber Security, PMO, and Financial Consulting.
