Job summary

Aretum seeks a Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of government programs, providing leadership, strategic planning, and operational management. The ideal candidate will have experience in personnel support, welfare, and outreach initiatives.

Someone with strong communications and marketing experience tailored to military and government audiences with an emphasis on brand management, digital marketing, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; strong background in managing large, complex government programs.
• Minimum 10+ years directing and implementing programs of similar scope.
• 5+ years leading teams delivering user-centric digital solutions for military/government users.
• Experience crafting marketing strategies for military/government audiences with brand management and digital outreach.
• Proven contract management experience and ability to oversee program-level finances.
• Experience in DoD or government IT environments with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with IT platforms relevant to defense sectors.
• Active PMI PMP certification.
• Active Top Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with government clients to develop mission-focused solutions.
• Drive data analytics and digital product development with user feedback and continuous improvement.
• Lead the development and management of digital platforms and portals for service delivery.
• Provide overall management, direction, and quality assurance to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop new programs aligned with strategic direction and long-term goals.
• Manage diverse initiatives across domains such as analytics, engineering, training, IT, cyber security, and PMO support.
