Job summary

Universal Orlando is seeking a Program Manager to plan and execute multiple technology initiatives across UDX Operations and Technology. This role blends hands-on program management with cross-functional leadership and strategic direction.

You will develop program plans, manage budgets, and coordinate with teams across Global and regional projects including international work such as Universal Studios Japan. Strong communication and risk management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Information Technology or technical degree preferred.
• PMP and CSM certs are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, budgets and resource plans.
• Oversee program execution and planning including prioritization and budgeting.
• Provide input to avoid bottlenecks; identify and mitigate risks.
• Communicate program status and health metrics to stakeholders; coordinate inter-team dependencies.
• Lead status meetings and scrum ceremonies as needed.
• Participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
