Job summary

Universal Orlando seeks a Sr Manager, Lead Architect to drive leadership in technology and people. You will lead a global team of solution and application architects supporting UDX business and guest experience across multiple value streams.

You will ensure architecture artifacts are delivered globally, enforce enterprise design patterns, and guide solutions with SME input. This role partners with D&T and business leaders and tracks KPIs for architecture work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/SE/IT or related field.
• 9+ years in technology delivery and enterprise solution architecture.
• Experience with NoSQL and SQL databases.
• Experience presenting to executives and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee solution and application architecture across value streams.
• Lead global team of solution and application architects.
• Deliver architecture artifacts and KPIs for architecture delivery.
• Enforce design patterns, scalability, and best practices.
