Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Program Manager to drive successful planning, execution and delivery of initiatives within the Product organization. You will coordinate across SPS and Brokerage interdependencies and focus on business readiness for product improvements.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in project/program management, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership with agile experience. This onsite role emphasizes collaboration across leadership and teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management within financial services, systems development, or product development.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and programs.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum; SAFe and Six Sigma are a plus.
• Strong ownership, problem solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and monitor initiatives to support key objectives.
• Manage issues and risks across the project lifecycle.
• Lead business readiness activities and product improvements.
• Provide status updates to senior leadership and partners.
• Support migration/adoption plans for new features.
• Facilitate quarterly program planning sessions.
• Collaborate with Product leadership to improve execution.
