Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Program Manager within the Product organization to deliver quality solutions by supporting planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives aligned with product strategy.

The role partners with Stock Plan Leaders to coordinate cross-domain work, manage risks, and drive business readiness activities while advancing the Product Development Lifecycle in a high-performing agile environment. Onsite work model is in effect for this role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related project management experience in financial services, systems development, product development, and/or project/program management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology is beneficial.
• Experience in SAFe and Six Sigma are a plus.
• Ability to understand sophisticated business environments and interdependent relationships for business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Organizing, collaborating to set success measures, and monitoring assigned initiatives to support the organization’s key objectives.
• Working with program/initiative teams to manage issues and risks throughout project lifecycle.
• Facilitation of initiative business readiness activities including planning and deployment of product improvements.
• Providing status updates on a regular basis to Stock Plan leadership and key partners for assigned initiatives.
• Working with leadership to build and maintain client migration/adoption plan for implementation of new or enhanced product features.
• Facilitating quarterly program planning sessions for the team.
• Working with Product leadership to continuously improve how the Product team executes against their work.
