Fidelity Investments is seeking a Program Manager within the Product organization to drive planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives, ensuring alignment with the product strategy and goals.

You will coordinate cross-domain work to align Stock Plan Services and Brokerage dependencies, oversee business readiness activities, and advance the Product Development Lifecycle in a high-performing agile environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project/program management experience in financial services or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum; SAFe and Six Sigma are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize and monitor initiatives to support key objectives.
• Manage issues and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead business readiness activities including deployment of product improvements.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and partners.
