Job summary

Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) seeks a Program Manager for Finance & Business Systems to drive prioritized strategic and operational initiatives across teams. This role partners with TSPMG leadership and AMD Business Systems to ensure initiatives are well-planned, executed efficiently, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in program management, project management, strategy execution, or related field.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience creating executive presentations, analyses, status reporting, and governance materials.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and change management skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated workplans across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Drive accountability by tracking action items and deliverables.
• Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to align goals and accelerate decisions.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership.
• Lead program workstreams, steering committees, and working sessions.
• Synthesize complex information into concise leadership recommendations.
• Provide visibility into progress, risks, and resource needs.
