Job summary

The Southeast Permanente Medical Group is seeking a Program Manager, Finance & Business Systems to drive cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This role partners with senior leaders to align workstreams, manage risks, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Based in the Atlanta area with hybrid flexibility, the ideal candidate has 5+ years of program management experience in healthcare or related sectors and a track record of executive-level communication and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Public Health, or a related field.
• 5+ years of program management, project management, strategy execution, or related experience.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience creating executive presentations, business analyses, status reporting, and governance materials.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and change management skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of strategic and operational initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to develop and maintain integrated workplans across multiple workstreams.
• Drive accountability by tracking action items and deliverables.
• Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to align activities and accelerate decisions.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and status reports for leadership.
• Facilitate program workstream meetings, steering committees, and working sessions.
• Synthesize complex information into concise recommendations for leadership decisions.
• Ensure leadership visibility into program progress, risks, and resource needs.
• Support initiatives focused on affordability, sustainability, and operational performance.
• Apply program management disciplines, governance, and change management practices to ensure sustained results.
