Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead persona-based initiatives and executive engagement events within the GEM team.

You will stand up new programs, design scalable processes, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Solutions Architecture and senior leadership to drive impact for CIOs, CFOs, CISOs, and CDOs. The role requires agility in a fast-paced environment, owning end-to-end program design, execution, and measurement while adapting plans as priorities

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
• Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels.
• Experience in brand identity and voice development.
• Experience creating brand marketing content.

Responsabilités

• Design, launch, and manage persona-based programs targeting executive audiences.
• Coordinate events and scalable processes to elevate executive engagement outcomes.
• Develop program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics for new initiatives.
• Create repeatable playbooks, templates, and frameworks for consistent execution.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Solutions Architecture and senior leadership to align persona strategies.
• Manage end-to-end logistics for executive roundtables, summits, boards, and curated experiences.
• Track event performance and capture insights to improve future programming.
• Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
