Job summary

Calista Brice LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead on-site in Anchorage, collaborating with the Director of Construction Programs. You will guide strategic planning at service, client, and contract levels and support proposal development while cultivating and maintaining client relationships.

This role focuses on growing environmental services programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and delivering project outcomes on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering.
• 10+ years of proven environmental services experience, including federal/state contracts.
• Experience leading projects/programs exceeding $50M.

Responsibilities

• Develop overall direction with the Director of Construction Programs for planning at service, client, and contract level.
• Ensure business development aligns with strategic goals and program delivery.
• Ensure programs meet goals and deliver planned benefits.
• Identify, analyze, and prepare for program risks; ensure quality, safety, and security compliance.
• Support organizational policies with safety as a primary focus.
• Foster a high‑performance team environment; value diversity and dignity.
• Provide input for leads and technical support for proposal development.
• Collaborate with Calista Brice groups and client organizations; perform other duties as assigned.
