Program Manager – Anchorage

As a Program Manager, you will work on‑site in Anchorage and collaborate closely with the Director of Construction Programs.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic leadership to support growing and sustaining construction and environmental service programs.
  • Support contractual and field efforts, including proposal development.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position supervises Environmental Scientists and Engineers, among others.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Experienced leader with appropriate industry experience.
  • Strategic thinker with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and operational focus.
  • Desire and drive to develop and grow an expanding environmental services portfolio.
  • Knowledge of laws, legal codes, government regulations, executive orders, and agency rules governing environmental projects and programs.
  • Ability to identify complex problems, review related information, develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in an Alaska Native Corporation multi‑business environment.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a Science or Engineering discipline.

Ten or more years of proven experience in environmental services, particularly in federal and state contracts, leading projects/programs exceeding $50M.
