Calista Brice LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead on-site in Anchorage, collaborating with the Director of Construction Programs. You will guide strategic planning at service, client, and contract levels and support proposal development while cultivating and maintaining client relationships.

Job Overview
As the Program Manager, you will work on‑site in Anchorage and work closely with the Director of Construction Programs and be responsible for strategic leadership to support growing and sustaining construction and environmental service programs. You will also support contractual and field efforts as well as proposal development efforts and be responsible for cultivating and maintaining business relationships.
This position has supervisory responsibilities to include but not limited to Environmental Scientists and Engineers.
The work environment requires a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking office environment with high performance. Often work is performed outside of the office at indoor and outdoor job sites. Adaptability regarding schedule and design changes, and occasional overtime for immediate field support or bid processing may be necessary.
