Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Science or Engineering discipline.
• 10+ years in environmental services, federal and state contracts.
• Experience leading programs exceeding $50M in value.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to support growing and sustaining construction and environmental service programs.
• Support contractual and field efforts, including proposal development.
• Cultivate and maintain business relationships.
• Develop overall direction to guide planning at service, client and contract levels.
• Ensure programs meet expected goals and deliver planned benefits.
• Identify, analyze and prepare for program risks; ensure compliance with quality, safety and security processes.
• Support policies and procedures to enhance overall operation and effectiveness, with safety as a primary focus.
• Identify and manage conflicts and support a high‑performance team environment where diversity is valued.
• Generate leads and provide technical support for proposal development.
• Collaborate with various groups within Brice and multiple client organizations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
