Job summary

Calista Brice LLC is seeking an Environmental Engineer III to join our Anchorage-based team. You will conduct inspections, investigations, and cleanups, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

You’ll mentor junior staff, support Project Managers, and provide field support as needed. You will work across multiple locations including Anchorage, Fairbanks, Post Falls, and more, contributing to environmental site investigations, data documentation, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or other engineering discipline.
• 7–15 years of experience on environmental projects required.
• Broad understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass drug/background screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee site inspections, assessments, investigations, and cleanups per regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with environmental technicians for data collection and analysis.
• Provide technical guidance and oversee project documentation.
• Lead in preparing and reviewing permits, plans, reports, licenses and other compliance documents.
• Mentor junior staff and support Project Managers and Technical Advisors.
